We mean getting Certified and Experienced Former Bankers to handle this process for your client and get the deal to the finish line as efficiently as possible.
Your existing residential clientele may own a business that may require a Business Plan or Loan Projections. Like banks, that refer their clients to us for either of these services, you may choose to refer such business clients to us so that we can get them up to speed, understand their business model, and assist in making perfect Business Plans or Loan Projections and send them back to you, to take them to your bank of choice. We have been assisting bankers with this extended service for their borrowers, for the past 2 years, especially since the Pandemic. Although we cannot guarantee anything, every Business Plan or Loan Projection has seen an approval.
On the Flip side, we get inquiries where someone may require residential mortgages. We can refer them to you for the right solutions.
